What I'm Looking For

  • High return on capital, asset-light operations

  • Florida-based (South Florida preferred) for a physical business, or anywhere in the US for an online or relocatable one

  • Simple businesses

  • Some sort of moat protecting the business

  • No customer, channel, affiliate or platform > 20% of gross profit; top 3 <45%

Deal Criteria (SBA Eligible)

  • 5+ years in business

  • $750,000+ SDE

  • Valuation within approximately a 3x SDE multiple or less

  • Existing management structure in place or key personnel who run the day to day

  • SDE Margin greater than 15%

Hard Exclusions

  • Single-SKU or single-platform e-commerce

  • growth requiring rising ad spend at flat or falling gross margin

  • founder is the salesperson or the brand

  • single-country sourcing with tariff exposure

  • carve-outs without standalone returns

  • real-estate-heavy or capital-intensive

  • startups, pre-revenue, turnarounds

  • declining without an identified and reversible cause

  • regulatory gray areas

  • $1M+ working capital beyond the loan
